LGBTQ2S+ Issues and Dementia” is a 90-minute class presented by Valley Caregiver Resource Center. We are joined by our guest speaker Andres Sviercovich, LCSW; who will be talking about the challenges that LGBTQ2S+ community faces when caring for someone with dementia. Whether it’s the caregiver or their love one who is part of the community (or both), this class will provide tips on behavior management, discrimination advocacy, and future planning with family of choice in mind.
